So awhile ago, I saw these pencils by Harpokrates and thought to myself, wouldn't this make an excellent exercise and piece for a morning shot? So I put in the morning. When I wasn't completely satisfied, I made it a stormy morning that was just starting to clear up. Still not good enough. Then I put it as autumn feel into it. A nice cool, crisp air in the approaching daylight. I used to draw horses a lot way back when, so getting to paint a horse was nostalgic for me. I am really pleased with how this turned out, probably more so than a lot of my other pieces. Anyways, feedback and comments are always welcome!
